About swimming with dolphins

Dolphin Royal Swim Includes:

50 minutes of dolphin experience.
Eye contact with the dolphin.
Petting and interaction with dolphins in the water.
Buffet and non-alcoholic drinks, sundeck lounge, and swimming pool.

Dolphin Adventure Swim Includes:

40 minutes of dolphin experience.
In-water interaction with the dolphin.
Belly ride and dolphin songs.
Panoramic pool and lounge chairs.
One buffet meal.
Non-alcoholic beverages.

Dolphin Encounter Includes:

40 minutes of dolphin experience.
Educational talk about dolphins.
Interaction: Dolphin kiss and hug.
One buffet meal.
Non-alcoholic beverages.

The sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages is only for adults.
Boarding point: Playa Langosta Pier. Remember to arrive at least 30 minutes before departure time, so that you can board smoothly.
The dock fee is $15 USD per adult and child and must be paid during registration or check-in.
All passengers pay for transportation, and children pay for transportation from 4 years of age.
All services require prior reservation.
Ground transportation is only for the hotel zone of Cancun and Riviera Maya. You must indicate the hotel, lobby, and room number in the comments box in step 1 of your purchase process. Valid booking 48 hrs in advance.
If due to weather issues, the Harbor Master should cancel any activity, and in the event that guests cannot reschedule, a proportional refund will be made for the activity not carried out.
For safety reasons, only children over 8 years old can snorkel
For safety reasons, pregnant women cannot participate in the program.
If you have recently undergone surgery or suffer from any condition that limits you physically (for example back problems), it is important that you mention it to our reservations department before making your purchase.
